We're looking for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist who's ready to take ownership of logistics operations and contribute to a dynamic, supportive team. - Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure safe, secure, and compliant packaging for all outbound materials.
- Process shipments in line with internal guidelines and industry best practices.
- Review and interpret shipping documents, invoices, and orders to prioritize and assign tasks.
- Handle international documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Maintain clean, organized records and assist with administrative duties.
- Support a culture of safety by following all protocols and reporting any incidents.
- Work hands-on on the warehouse floor, often around heavy machinery.
- Take on additional tasks as needed under the guidance of the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Previous warehouse experience (forklift, packing, and measuring).
- A safety-first mindset and CPR/First Aid training is a plus.
- Knowledge of shipping processes, metals handling, and documentation.
- Experience with SAP, ISO standards, and lean practices is a big advantage.
