We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator that will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects by providing accurate cost estimates, managing project time lines. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of ground up and renovation of commercial projects.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial and high-end residential projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor bidding.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to understand project specifications and requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information for accurate estimating and assess project feasibility.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality work and adherence to project time lines.
  • Monitor project progress and budget, making adjustments as necessary to maintain project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed of project status and address any concerns that arise.
  • Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience as a construction estimator and general contractor.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
