- Interpret specification and requirements documents to write test procedures for the functional and environmental testing of Engineering, Flight, and Qualification Hardware.
- Obtain Certified Test Conductor (CTC) training to become certified to perform functional and environmental tests as the Person In Charge (PIC).
- Support Subsystem Level test through environmental testing including vibration, shock, EMI, thermal and thermal vacuum.
- Design, implement, and maintain test equipment used in RF Testing.
- Collaborate with engineering to review and validate test data, identifying and confirming anomalies or passes.
- Experience with interpreting drawings, schematics, specifications, and/or standards
- Experience with any computer software language application or basic software skills (for example: C++, Python, Labview, etc)
- Familiarity with using RF Test Equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Frequency Generators and/or other related equipment
- Experience with RF Power Measurements such as Gain (amplitude and phase), VSWR, Harmonics, and Insertion and/or Return Loss.
- Must be a US Citizen; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering preferred) and five years industry experience, or equivalent experience and education.
- Certified Test Conductor (CTC) experience, or the ability to obtain the CTC certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using Automation Framework
- Experience with Environmental Testing
- Experience troubleshooting RF circuits and components
- Experience leading and collaborating in small teams and communicating with stakeholder
