  • Manage auto-generated requests to prepare illustrations for policy issuance.
  • Input data within the system to generate and upload the appropriate illustrations.
  • Receive, catalog, and track the progress of illustration requests.
  • Identify system related issues and provide possible solutions; elevate to leadership as necessary.
  • Ensure sales and distribution teams are kept current on the status of requests.
  • Collaborate on special projects, workflow optimization, and improvement efforts.
Qualifications
  • General office or data entry experience
  • Life and health license (or obtain within six months of hire)
  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with various teams
  • Good problem solving skills to resolve issues
  • Proficient using MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Familiarity with policy illustration systems and processes

It is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.**The Salary for this position is $22.50/hr. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs.
