- Provide friendly and timely service to customer inquiries
- Assist clients with policy updates, billing questions, and claims
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Work closely with agents to ensure excellent customer experiences
- Identify opportunities to better serve clients and support retention
- Help clients navigate insurance options once licensed
- Customer service or sales experience (bookstore, retail, hospitality, etc.)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable multitasking
- Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow
- Licensed or Willing to Obtain – Must meet state insurance licensing requirements (we’ll help guide you through the process)
