We are looking for a high-energy, strategic, organized, and adaptable Senior Manager to oversee sales enablement and manage a high-performing team of Sales Coordinators and Finalist Meeting Coaches. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and aligning team efforts with broader business goals. The ideal candidate will not only manage day-to-day execution but also lead strategic initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
