- Lead the development of ad hoc and recurring reports to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and marketing ROI.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or equivalent tools.
- Conduct advanced SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Measure and evaluate marketing performance using functional and impact metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Deliver insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership using advanced PowerPoint presentations.
- Utilize Forrester's B2B Revenue Waterfallâ„¢ to align marketing and sales efforts around customer value and maximize revenue potential.
- Optimize marketing workflows, campaign execution, and reporting processes.
- Manage and improve marketing data infrastructure and integration across platforms (CRM, automation tools, BI systems).
- Leverage tools like Alteryx (or equivalent) for data preparation, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategy and execution.
- Support budget tracking, resource planning, and performance measurement across marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI (or Tableau), Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Alteryx or similar data automation tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology stacks and data flows.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Experience in a leadership or mentorship role within marketing analytics or operations.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
The pay range for this position is $101,900 - $183,400 annually with a target incentive of 5-8 of the base salary.
