Meta is seeking an audience marketing manager to help us grow the awareness, adoption, and sentiment of Meta's Llama (Large Language Model Meta AI) with developers across the ecosystem, including startups and governments. You have experience in building and executing marketing plans in the rapidly moving GenAI and LLM space. You will combine operational day-to-day execution and the longer-term strategic planning to make the Llama ecosystem successful.Developer Marketing Manager, Llama ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute the Llama marketing plan for developers to deliver on the company goal of having the most widely adopted, open source LLM in the worldDeliver developer assets to drive awareness, adoption, and sentiment of Meta's Llama (Large Language Model Meta AI)Coordinate and manage creative, strategy and operations agencies for strategy & design development, campaign production & implementation, and digital content productionPlan and execute developer events, digital campaigns and other relevant activationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product marketing, digital marketing, partnerships, events, brand, communications, legal, privacy and othersProvide regular business and scorecard updatesMinimum Qualifications7+ years of professional experience in technology, engineering, or marketingMarketing experience launching and driving adoption of new products and services in the GenAI space, via impactful marketing activationsExperience working directly with developers (in a customer first way) across the ecosystem, including at tech companies, enterprise partners, startups, and governmentExperience working in cross-functional organizations, collaborating with creative, research, analytics and digital marketing channel teamsExperience with creative production, managing external agencies or internal creative teams to build best in class campaign workExperience in content and digital marketingBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or a related disciplinePreferred QualificationsInterested in GenAI, active member of the developer community in this spaceBalance of creative and analytical thinking, experience putting forth best-in-class execution within a measurable and data-centric frameworkFor those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click for additional information.About MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
