- Operate and monitor production machinery, including extruders and presses, to manufacture products according to specifications.
- Perform tasks such as cutting, splicing, molding, and inspecting products to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Follow written and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds throughout the shift.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
