- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in driving process improvements
- Advanced degree in business, operations, or related field
- Deep understanding of aviation maintenance and procurement ecosystems

The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market.
