- Developer Experience Leadership: Leading initiatives to optimize developer workflows, enhancing build, test, and deployment processes across teams. Championing seamless and efficient development environments by addressing systemic pain points and implementing impactful solutions.
- Advanced Automation and Tooling: Designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with team needs.
- System Architecture Optimization: Architecting and implementing scalable distributed systems, service-oriented architectures, and cloud-native solutions to support organizational growth and technical excellence.
- Standardization and Best Practices: Driving the adoption of coding standards, process improvements, and best practices to ensure high-quality software development and consistent workflows across teams.
- Monitoring, Metrics, and Optimization: Enhancing system observability by implementing advanced monitoring and alerting solutions, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, and ensuring infrastructure efficiency.
- Mentorship and Collaboration: Mentor junior and mid-level productivity engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align productivity initiatives with business objectives.
- 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a productivity role with proven success in enhancing productivity through technology solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven experience in software development and software architecture, with a strong emphasis on transitioning from monolithic systems to distributed architectures.
- Extensive experience with modern software development technologies and tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages and scripting such as C#, JavaScript, PowerShell.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies and microservices architecture
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
- Strategic Problem-Solving ability to analyze complex technical challenges and deliver scalable, long-term solutions.
- Proven ability to guide and support team members, promoting technical excellence and professional growth.
- Strong skills in working across teams, facilitating discussions, and articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Commitment to staying current with industry trends and applying emerging technologies to improve development processes.
- Microsoft AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals Certification (if certification is not current, must be obtained within the first 60 days of employment)
- Microsoft AZ-204 Certification (if certification is not current, must be obtained within six months of employment.)
