- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients at community events and partnered retailer promotions, acting as their primary point of contact for all sales and service-related inquiries and needs
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of a diverse range of telecommunications products and services, effectively presenting and explaining their features and benefits to potential customer during sales consultations
- Assisting the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sales follow-up, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize client accounts by recommending additional services or upgrades that align with their evolving communication needs and business objectives
- Addressing and resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and account details within the CRM system, generating regular reports on progress and performance
- Collaborating effectively with fellow Entry Level Telecom Sales Advisors and other internal departments, including technical support, billing, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach to client service and sales initiatives
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
