We are hiring for multiple technician roles that play a critical part in building high-quality electronic assemblies. Whether you're an experienced SMT Operator or have a steady hand from a trade or hobby background (painting, detailing, nail tech, car wraps, etc.), we want to meet you.Open Roles🔹 SMT Operators (Specialized) & Machine OperatorsAs an SMT Operator, you'll work with MyCronic or Universal Fuzion pick-and-place machines to assemble complex electronic components with precision.ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain SMT pick-and-place machinesSet up, load, and troubleshoot automated SMT lines * Perform stencil printing, reflow soldering, AOI, and X-ray inspections
  • ​Verify placement and quality of components
  • ​Support production output, quality goals, and continuous improvement initiatives​
Qualifications2+ years of SMT operation experience (MyCronic/Universal Fuzion preferred)Knowledge of soldering, reflow, inspection, and component placement * Strong technical aptitude and computer literacy
  • ​For Machine Operator Only - Need to be mechanically inclined.
🔹 Coating TechniciansAs a Coating Technician, you'll apply protective coatings and finishes to electronic assemblies, ensuring durability and reliability.
