Program Executive Office (PEO) Administrator
Fully Remote (Onsite once per quarter in Washington DC)Marathon TS is seeking a Program Executive Office (PEO) Administrator preferably local to the Washington DC Metro area. This position is a to support cross-program meetings to collect information on upcoming projects schedules and to provide input/status updates on projects they are managing (e.g., IPT meeting, Capability Needs Working Group, weekly Block sync, weekly Joint Release Working Group with VA, monthly Capability Needs summit, Defect Review Board).JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Meeting minutes and action items: Join and track action items in key meetings (e.g., TRR, FFGAL IPT, FF GAL Pharmacy Check In, and FF GAL Radiology Check In, etc.) using the pre-determined format, send them within 30min of meeting end, and ensure that the action items are provided to the meeting leader for review at the beginning of the next meeting.
  • Process SOP maintenance and improvement: Support improvement and maintenance of key SOPs related to the role (e.g., TRR process, vendor letter process, etc.)
  • Support test services: Participate in cross-team meetings to collect information about upcoming projects and scheduled (e.g., IPT, Capability Needs Working Group, weekly Block sync, weekly Joint Release Working Group with VA, monthly Capability Needs summit, Defect Review Board, etc.)
  • Route relevant documents for signature (e.g., IPT)
  • Monitor active and emerging developments and ensure requestors adhere to the standard intake process
  • Support the risk management process by facilitating risk review meetings and following up with risk owners to ensure risk status is being updated
  • Review vendor CDRLs to support government test leads
  • Participate in end-to-end test planning with vendors and internal teams (e.g., support the development of test plans, prepare materials for the TRR, ORR, and FDR)
  • Maintain and publish Project Management Office test activity schedule
  • Ensure test activity is being completed on time by requesting status updates and sending activity over-due reminders
  • Support test status reporting by generating and distributing daily and weekly test reports
BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to learn new technology systems quickly
  • Willing to adapt to new ways of working
  • Willing to support ad-hoc tasks as needed
  • Must be a US citizen
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience in Public Sector
  • Previously held or in possession of a DoD CAC
  • Experience in Federal Healthcare
