- Builds analytic and design skills.
- Conducts engineering design under the supervision of an
- experienced engineer.
- Creates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, final working drawings and Geotechnical reports under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
- Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
- Performs Geotechnical investigation collecting and describing soil/rock samples in the field.
- Creates soil profiles based on data collected during the subsurface investigation program.
- Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems including but not limited to foundation, retaining wall and support of excavation design, slope stability and seepage analysis, etc.
- Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.
- Master’s of Geotechnical Engineering
