- LVTs are leveraged so DVM’s can focus on cases and client communication
- Lead Licensed Veterinary Technician has several years of experience in the field within a leadership role; very skilled with surgery and emergency
- Solution focused Certified Veterinary Practice Manager who is a people first leader and keen operator who does not shy away from difficult conversations
- Excellent culture and low turnover team that collaborates extremely well with one another
- Strong support from VETSS Regional Manager who obtained her CVPM in 2022
- Several team members who are fear free certified and RECOVER certified
- Treatment area structured for optimized flow and hospitalized patient care and visibility
- 50% wellness mix and 50% urgent care caseload with weekends being urgent care heavy
- Companion focused with opportunity to see exotics
- Close to the mountains and Shenandoah Valley. Driving distance to DC, Richmond and Virginia Beach for fun weekend trips
- Experienced, full-time well-rounded General Practice and/or Urgent Care focused veterinarian with strong leadership skills
- Base salary for highly qualified, well-rounded leader: $140,000-220,000
- Additional hospital performance based bonus plan (EBITDA goals, staff development, veterinarian recruitment and mentorship)
- Monthly bonus program with no negative accrual
- Total earning potential exceeds $220,000
