This position is responsible for driving and sustaining business in equipment repairs or upgrades, and large complex solutions selling. At least 90% of prospecting will come from the existing customer base.REQUIRED SKILLS:Able to qualify prospects and/or opportunities within assigned accounts, make effective sales presentations, and answer questions to objections in a proficient, responsible, and timely manner.Manages quotes to close sales.Surveys commercial HVAC systems, problem solves and makes recommendations; learns and applies the company pricing policy.EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field5-7 years of Sales experience5-7 years of experience with commercial HVAC systemsMechanical aptitudeKnowledge of building codes and standardsMust possess a valid driver’s licenseESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
