Job Overview: The Senior Revenue Analyst will work closely with team members across the Finance and Corporate Partnership department to help track and manage receivables across all entities under AMB Sports + Entertainment, which includes Atlanta Falcons, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta United, and Atlanta Drive GC. This new role will be instrumental in bridging Finance and Sales, aligning contract terms with billing schedules, and providing valuable insights to drive cash flow and operational efficiency.This is a full-time role located at Mercedes Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and issue invoices for sponsorship agreements in accordance with contractual termsTrack invoice status and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection and manage AR aging reportsMaintain organized records of sponsorship contracts, invoices, and payment activityReconcile sponsorship-related accounts and assist in month-end and year-end closing processesSupport audits by providing documentation and explanation of sponsorship-related revenuesCollaborate with the Partnership team on sponsorship rate cards based on contractual obligationsDevelop and maintain reporting tools to monitor sponsorship-related expenses against budgetsTrack commission for the Sales teamSupport system implementations or upgrades for revenue-related workflowsDevelop and document Standard Operating Procedures for Sponsorship Revenue and Expense CycleAssist with ad-hoc collection requestsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in revenue or billing rolesCPA license or CPA in process a plusExperience with Great Plains and/or Sponsor CX a plusSelf-starter and ability to work both independently and in a cross-functional team settingSolid understanding of revenue accounting standardsExcellent Excel skills and proficiency in financial reporting toolsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
