- Selling agreements and services to commercial construction accounts of all types for HVAC service, retrofits, upgrades, scheduled and emergency maintenance and repair, unit replacement, and design changes.
- Prospecting and networking to develop leads and opportunities.
- Identifying and prequalifying new business, writing proposals and contracts.
- Accompanying techs and attending training sessions to grow product knowledge.
- Acquainting customers with technical product info, highlighting solutions brought by the products, and assisting with rebates.
- Minimum of five years' experience in sales and marketing of technical products, systems, or services. HVAC experience is preferred but not required.
- Adept at identifying customer needs and delivering service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-directed and motivated, with proven time management and sales results.
