Welcome and check-in guests, provide information about hotel services and amenities
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Process guest payments, maintain accurate records
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Assist with concierge services, such as booking reservations and arranging transportation
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel booking software
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
Available to work holidays and weekends
