  • Assist with concierge services, such as booking reservations and arranging transportation
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel booking software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Available to work holidays and weekends
