- Develop and execute a comprehensive testing and automation strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing automated testing solutions.
- Set up and enforce mechanisms for ensure testing is integrated into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from the early stages.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance the testing and automation ecosystem.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path managementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
