- Train, coach, develop, and inspire FOH staff from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels to build skills, take ownership of their roles, and grow as contributing members of the team.
- Work with outlet General Manager to Maintain operational efficiency during peak service times and throughout the busy ski season. Ensuring the restaurant operates at all times with a high level of service and product quality.
- Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality and cleanliness through hands on training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
- Manage lodge operations to budgeted labor and cost of sales margins using available reporting, scheduling, ordering and control policies & systems.
- Completes all necessary administrative duties as needed on a daily basis, including but not limited to POS Reconciliation, Facility Check List, Daily Payroll Accuracy, Ordering & Inventory, Safety & Stand-up Meetings, Manager logs.
- Assist with inventory tracking and ordering of food and supplies.
- Responsible for overall restaurant cleanliness, including snow removal.
- Address guest feedback and support quality improvements.
- Other duties as assigned. We are a company that works together; and throughout the season you may be required to assist other F&B locations & departments as needed.
- Minimum 3-5 years Restaurant experience, including 2+ years of leadership experience (quick service or high-volume preferred).
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse seasonal team.
- Excellent administrative, communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak resort periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- MAST certification preferred or must be acquired within 30 days of start.
- Ability to attend work in winter weather environment.
