Patient-Centered Care: Provide personalized care to patients, focusing on their individual needs, comfort, and well-being throughout the infusion process.
Assessment and Monitoring: Conduct thorough assessments before and during infusions, monitoring patients for any adverse reactions and taking prompt action as needed.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy procedures, potential side effects, and proper care to promote patient understanding and compliance.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, infusion therapies administered, and any relevant observations.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State].
Previous experience in home infusion therapy is highly desirable, especially specialty infusions such as IVIG.
