- Maintain responsibility over a space that contains a mockup of the missile and other representative hardware
- Identify opportunities and drive the business case for further utilization of this space
- Provide tours and other supporting services as required for visitors
- Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering processes and Systems Integration functions which may include:
2) Requirements and Interface Control Document (ICD) development
3) System Integration, Test and/or Verification
4) Test planning and execution with an understanding of all the interdependencies
5) Design reviews
- Working knowledge of the Trident II D5 missile
- Working knowledge of the Strategic Systems Programs
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required
- Prior experience serving on US Navy Submarines
- Experience with spacecraft/missile design, development, integration, or test, with knowledge of space, missile and launch systems at the component through system level
- Validated understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors
- Experience coordinating with multiple engineering fields (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Flight Sciences, Materials, Manufacturing, Test, etc.)
- Proven track record of good judgment
- Demonstrated performance managing hardware
