- Analyze fill rate of containers and packaging
- Process Improvement
- Analyze workflows, production lines, and logistics systems.
- Identify waste (time, material, energy, labor) and redesign processes for higher efficiency.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles.
- Productivity & Cost Optimization
- Reduce production costs by improving methods, layouts, and equipment usage.
- Develop labor and machine utilization studies to balance workloads.
- Implement automation or digital tools (e.g., Industry 4.0).
- Operations & Supply Chain
- Design efficient plant layouts, packaging flows, and warehouse systems.
- Improve inventory management, scheduling, and logistics.
- Ensure smooth material flow between suppliers, factories, and customers.
- Use statistics, simulations, and modeling software to test process changes.
- Monitor KPIs like productivity, downtime, and efficiency.
- Enrolled in a supply chain, logistics, STEM, Mathematics, Physics or industrial engineering Bachelor's or Master's degree program or equivalent
- Junior, Senior or Masters status preferred
- Flexibility and understanding that process changes may be needed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- A positive attitude and optimistic mindset
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP
