- Lead students through electrical schematic trace of cranking circuit on multiple vehicle platforms and troubleshooting and repair of field level faults that are identified on Stryker trainers.
- Instructors are required to evaluate students’ performance by verifying the students understanding of the course material, competency of learned skills, and the student's ability to demonstrate applied knowledge.
- Maintains regular class schedule.
- Adheres to a zero-tolerance policy of inappropriate language at all times.
- Manages a safe, comfortable training environment, ensures sufficient materials are available, and resolves disruptive student behavior.
- Shall be able to lead students through electrical schematic trace of cranking circuit on multiple platforms.
- Understand electronic control module logic, as well as principle/theory of CAN/BUS network as evidenced by a certificate in the 91A, 91B, 91M or 91S MOS’ or DD Form 214 stating trained in the aforementioned 91 Series MOS.
- Shall have the ability to troubleshoot and repair field level faults that are identified on Stryker trainers.
- Capable of controlling the discipline of the class
- Demonstrates a high level of professional management in performing training activities and facilitating classroom environments at all times.
- Be proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office computer programs (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) to ensure the ability to access required training tools.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in 91A, 91B, 91M or 91S MOS’ as evidenced by possessing one (1) of the following:
- A certificate in the aforementioned 91 series MOS
- A DD Form 214 that states trained in the aforementioned 91 Series MOS
- Minimum three (3) years each of technical and tactical experience on Stryker family of vehicles to include the suspension systems, steering systems, hydraulic systems, fire extinguisher/suppression systems and vehicular armament and associated items, and an understanding of advanced automotive principles and theory as evidenced by a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in 91A, 91B, 91M or 91S MOS’.
- Shall have experience at the level of SGT or above; WOBC Graduate preferred.
