  • Role: Full-Time LPN – Night Shift Only
  • Schedule: Full-time is defined as three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours)
  • Starting Pay: $28/hour (higher rates based on experience)
  • Location: South County, MO
  • Setting: Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation
Responsibilities:
  • Administer and record medications and treatments (excluding parenteral routes) per physician orders and facility policies.
  • Monitor and document residents’ responses to medications and treatments; report concerns to supervisors and physicians.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, including changes in condition, skin assessments, cognitive status, and physician visits.
  • Support and guide CNAs and CMTs to ensure high-quality care and teamwork.
  • Use the Matrix system to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, including daily reviews of Open Events, Dashboard, and Facility Reports.
  • Communicate professionally with all departments to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Report any suspected abuse or neglect immediately to the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
  • Perform duties with professionalism, kindness, and respect toward residents, families, and staff.
Qualifications:
  • Current Missouri LPN license required.
  • Familiarity with equipment and procedures necessary to fulfill physician orders.
  • Interest in geriatric care and supporting chronically ill or convalescent adults.
  • Knowledge of regulations governing extended care facilities.
