Our goal is to create an environment where we all win with precision.Job DescriptionYour CareerAs the Principal, NetSec Strategy you will be shaping the future of our Network security business.You are a seasoned strategist (associate Partner level in Consulting or equivalent) with operational experience and depth in Enterprise Tech (cybersecurity preferred). The scope of this role spans conception of strategy all the way through execution. You will be accountable for shaping the strategy and delivering operational & GTM outcomes for the business. Balancing big-picture thinking and C-suite level influencing skills with a nose-for-value and ‘roll up your sleeves’ mindset is critical. This role leads a disruptive team of strategy professionals (most are former MBB consultants) that are highly valued by the C-Suite and executives in the Network security business.Your Impact

- Lead the development of winning strategies
- Architect business strategy in partnership with business leaders (Northstar, initiatives, executive/board updates)
- Lead x-functional teams in strategic projects to unlock growth and effectiveness (from conception to delivery to outcome realization)
- Drive business reviews and cadence to support leaders (e.g., weekly CEO meetings, QKOs, Board discussions, Analyst presentations, etc)
- Provide systematic support & analysis for priorities (e.g., competitive tear-downs, narrative re-write and enablement)
- Identify opportunities and gaps in the business to increase awareness, propose solutions/choices and develop programmatic responses
- Lead annual planning process for the business working closely with finance, marketing, GTM and sale organizations
- Go-to-market and Programs
- Design / launch sales plays and programs to hit specific goals
- Architect the blueprint (what, when, how) for key GTM programs (e.g., Sales plays) with sound financial and strategic rationale
- Manage the team responsible for running plays for the business including takeout programs, net new logo plays, channel acceleration motions, etc.
- 12+ years of experience to include associate- partner level experience in a top tier consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey- either current or in the past)
- Operational experience leading operations / programs / GTM / delivery teams
- Material Enterprise Tech experience with a deep understanding of SaaS business models and key levers to scale
- Knowledge of Network security space is a plus
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail, identify patterns, and process information quickly to deliver against tight deadlines
- Proven ability to engage with and influence CxOs in corporate environments
- Ability to build and nurture a 15+ person team
- Extreme accountability mindset - focused outcomes and thinks like an ‘owner’
