- Order entry for designated Sales Representative
- Act as a liaison between sales, customer and internal teams
- Assist with invoice adjustments, credit, and billing questions on behalf of sales reps.
- Confirm order acknowledgement in a timely manner with customers and internal teams.
- Maintain a weekly order/shipping schedule per customer request
- Become familiar with customers' needs and act as their designated support person/coordinator
- Enter credits and deductions into internal CRMs
- Assist with reporting for Sales Rep teams.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, International Sales or similar area preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service experience strongly preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Professional telephone, email and interpersonal skills
- Has strong attention to detail.
- Maintain a positive attitude while dealing with multiple tasks
- General working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

- Base salary range of $58,000 - $65,000;
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
