- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with cloud technologies or technical infrastructure.
- Experience supporting customers in capacity planning or inventory.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, forecasting, or business insights.
- Experience in customer service with a focus on experience, process improvement, and operations tool development.
- Experience in Python or SQL for use in data analysis and manipulation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally.
- Lead the onboarding of external cloud customers onto Google Cloud Storage, and support launches of features and products from a capacity and cost standpoint.
- Unblock scaling of AI/ML workloads onto Google Cloud Storage through pre-deployment, runways, non-linear translation functions, and dynamic attach rates.
- Leverage data analysis to identify trends and correlations to develop insights that can improve processes and help make decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand the business pipeline, customer workloads and load parameters, and integrate this information into the capacity planning lifecycle.
- Drive the assessment of Compute, Storage, and Network capacity required to onboard and scale customer workloads while improving the overall customer experience.
