Financial Services Representative - Public Retirement

• Training: First 2 weeks; 8am start
• 38.75 hour/week; 8-hour shifts between 8am - 8pm EST (Saturday schedule 9am - 6pm EST)
• 5 days per week Monday - Saturday - *MUST be available on Saturday*

• In this role you will be receiving inbound calls and assisting customers with assigned products questions
• Updating Account information
• Assisting customers with password resets, contribution confirmations, and account balance questions
• Assisting with transactions and taking out loans from their accounts

• This is a position requires excellent phone skills and excellent computer skills
• The employee must have the ability to deliver friendly customer service while talking on the phone and working through computer systems simultaneously
• An Associate or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
