- Define and managing feature set requirements for each product release.
- Develop the strategic roadmap and business plans for portfolio of product offerings to best meet current and future market needs, identifying both new opportunities for application integration and enhancements to existing offerings.
- Understand the competitive landscape and craft offerings strategy with the result of prioritizing feature/functionality offers.
- Drive the end-to-end product cycle from business justification through product launch including ensuring other functions are aligned to capitalize on the initiative.
- Ensure the execution of sound product management processes on a function-specific basis, ensuring that sufficient training and auditing of this process occurs.
- In partnership with internal colleagues, plan and execute strategies for continuous improvement in methodologies, processes, procedures, and technologies.
- Identify and monitor success metrics to effectively manage the product lines with a focus on client and business value creation.
- Manage product profitability.
- Have overall responsibility for the packaging and pricing of the solution set.
- 9+ years of experience in product management within the financial services industry.
- 4+ years of experience operating in an Agile development environment and working directly with internal and external engineering teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field and/or equivalent military experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the Payments Industry.
- Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
- Experience interpreting data and market trends to make informed product decisions
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
- 3+ years of knowledge and experience in prepaid open loop card product management.
- 3+ years of experience supporting web and mobile banking solutions and other digital products.
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
