Job Description:Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of FP&A to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Vice President, the Director of FP&A will play a key role in managing the financial planning process, monitoring budgeting/forecasting activities, enhancing financial reporting systems, DOR and processes, and driving process improvements across the organization. The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of FP&A professionals while collaborating closely with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives.Responsibilities:Manage the annual financial planning process, including budgeting and forecasting activities across all corporate departments.Continuously enhance financial reporting systems and business processes to improve efficiency and provide greater visibility and value to the business.Assist in the company's consolidated monthly/quarterly budget vs actual variance analysis, incorporating key metrics tied to financial goals.Implement process improvements across the organization to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Lead, motivate, and develop the Corporate & Business Partner FP&A team, driving finance initiatives and projects.Utilize a minimum of 8 years' experience in FP&A/Accounting, with at least 3 years in Corporate FP&A with increasing responsibilities, demonstrating a proven track record of driving change.Utilize familiarity with SQL, Cognos, Oracle ERP, and a high level of proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Macros, and similar processes.Possess a BA in accounting or finance.Qualifications:Highly organized individual with an execution/delivery-driven mindset.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team effectively.Strong analytical and logical skills, with the ability to problem-solve and think systematically.
