We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager in United States.This role offers the opportunity to lead and optimize enterprise-focused digital marketing campaigns in a high-growth, technology-driven environment. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage paid media programs across multiple channels, including search, social, and sponsored content, with a focus on B2B SaaS audiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact. This position requires a data-driven, strategic mindset, balancing creative experimentation with disciplined attribution and ROI analysis. You will also have the autonomy to innovate, influence digital strategy, and collaborate with senior leadership to maximize marketing effectiveness. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex sales cycles and wants to make a direct impact on business growth.Accountabilities:
  • Own the strategy and day-to-day execution of paid campaigns across SEM, paid social, retargeting, and sponsored content.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, creative iteration, and conversion flow improvements.
  • Track and report on attribution, spend efficiency, and pipeline contribution in partnership with Marketing Operations.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and web teams to develop high-conversion landing pages, ad assets, and campaign frameworks.
  • Research competitors, monitor industry trends, and identify new opportunities for paid media and content sponsorships.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of attribution models connecting marketing spend to pipeline performance.
  • Support cross-functional teams by providing insights to product marketing, content, and sales teams for messaging and campaign direction.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing for SaaS companies, ideally in cybersecurity or other technical industries.
  • Proven ability to support enterprise sales cycles with high-impact paid media programs.
  • Expertise in Salesforce reporting and multi-touch attribution models (First Touch, Last Touch, Multi-Touch).
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across PPC/Search, Paid Social, and Sponsored Content platforms.
  • Strong skills in A/B testing, campaign optimization, bid strategies, audience targeting, and creative development.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM integration, intent data platforms, and CDPs.
  • Experience managing multi-language campaigns and six-figure paid media budgets.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
