This position will be based in Broken Arrow, OK.Here you will work in a modern, dynamic factory environment, where we increasingly rely on artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize production processes and drive innovation.About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Production Manager with deep expertise in switchgear and switchboard manufacturing. This leadership role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and team performance across assembly operations for multiple product lines in both Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, cross-functional experience, and a passion for continuous improvement in an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate production activities across multiple shifts and product lines within the switchgear factory and lead a team of supervisors.
  • Drive the assembly operations to meet internal and external deadlines, ensuring efficient internal scheduling and resource utilization for all the processes.
  • Champion and foster a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards through close collaboration with EHS department.
  • Confirm and validate SAP job hours, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Generate and handle non-conformance reports for missing or defective materials.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve design issues and support manufacturability.
  • Work on processes to make them faster, efficient and work with departments to drive productivity, standardization and digitalization.
  • Support industrial/manufacturing engineers and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.
  • Ensure alignment with quality standards, Lean-manufacturing principles, and top operational practices.
  • Drive cost productivity programs (knowledge of internal OPW tool is a plus).
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.
  • Monitor critical metrics and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure operational excellence.
  • Drive Operations and Business Unit (BU) led initiatives to drive performance and growth.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) switchgear and switchboard manufacturing environment in multiple departments within a switchgear factory (e.g., production, planning, material management, order management, assembly, testing etc.).
  • Proven leadership experience, including team management and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, production systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with cost efficiency tools; experience with Siemens OPW system is a strong advantage.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office is required; presentation skills are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Dedication to safety, quality, and operational integrity.
  • Knowledge of Siemens processes, policies, tools, IT infrastructure, culture and products is a plus.
  • Experience working in Siemens Factory/BU performance and growth programs is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean or other process improvement frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve production efficiency.

The pay range for this position is $105K - $135K annually with a target incentive of 10 of the base salary.
