observe and manage acute changes in a resident's condition
supervise caregiver duties and provide caregiver education when necessary
maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, physicians, pharmacies, and all employees
monitor compliance with policies and procedures
assist with regulatory compliance through observation, correction, and reporting of situations that may cause exposure to the assisted living residence
help provide a safe, comfortable, home-like environment
be part of the regional nurse on call rotation (every 4th week, Monday - Monday)
other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
current licensure in the state of Wisconsin as a registered nurse
degree from an accredited school of nursing
ability to understand and carry out technical oral and written instructions
excellent time management skills
ability to accept and give directions
work well in a team environment
have a desire to make a difference in people's lives
