- Design, optimize, and document scalable sales processes across Emerging, SMB, and MM segments, driving adoption and improving conversion metrics.
- Establish a forecasting model and weekly pipeline inspection process, achieving high forecast accuracy and consistent manager participation.
- Drive CRM data hygiene and build sales performance dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau in collaboration with data teams.
- Lead, or participate in, GTM tech stack rollouts and enablement programs, ensuring adoption of tools like Outreach and Gong across SDR and AE teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional GTM alignment across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product through syncs, dashboards, and feedback loops.
- Support strategic GTM initiatives through test creation, impact modeling and data analyses, producing executive-ready insights and contributing to annual planning.
- Lead sales project management and initiative modeling, building execution plans, forecasting impact, tracking progress, and reporting results across high-priority sales programs.

- 3–6 years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations or GTM consulting for a high-growth SaaS or tech company.
- Proven success building and launching scalable, segment-specific sales processes.
- Expertise in Salesforce with strong understanding of CRM architecture, hygiene enforcement, and dashboard/report creation.
- Demonstrated ability to build forecast models and implement structured pipeline inspection routines.
- Experience leading successful rollouts of sales enablement tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach) and creating associated training programs.
- Proven ability to lead multi-threaded sales projects, build models to forecast initiative impact, and manage project execution with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of influencing without authority.
- Strong analytical skills and track record of making data-informed decisions.
