- Facilitate kaizen events, host VSM events and other workshops to target key enterprise improvements.
- Coach and mentor teams on lean systems and Continuous Improvement tools
- Coach and mentor teams to develop solutions for process improvement opportunities.
- Manage execution of identified projects to support improvements ensuring communication to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to inspire, drive, and support Continuous Process Improvement to deliver business outcomes.
- Understand and distill complex financial information and data sets into actionable projects and programs.
- Work cross-culturally, motivating teams in the development and adoption of global solutions in difficult scenarios.
- Support problem solving and resolution to roadblocks to drive change within projects.
- Influence best practices and adoption of improvement ideas, activities, and outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally to develop and refine global best practices as documented in Essentials Guidebooks, global websites, methodologies, and toolkits.
- BS Degree in Engineering/Technical Field
- 8+ years Lean and Process Improvement related experience
- 5+ years Project Management Experience
- Proven results applying lean & problem solving in a manufacturing or transactional environment
- Project Management Experience
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to build enthusiasm for change
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated competency applications in other functions

- MBA or MS Degree in an Engineering/Technical Field
