- Provide translation services and assist members and staff with service requests across multiple channels.
- Promptly respond to member inquiries and internal communications, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
- Participate in department meetings, review performance metrics, and act on feedback to improve service.
- Act as a sales and service expert, knowledgeable about all credit union products and systems.
- Competently handle member requests, including escalated issues, and support onboarding and remote services.
- Contribute to cross-training efforts and consistently achieve monthly sales and service goals.
- You take responsibility with a high level of ownership and are committed to achieving results.
- You focus on accuracy and thoroughness, reviewing information carefully and following appropriate guidelines.
- You anticipate the needs of both internal and external customers and prioritize their satisfaction and service.
- You excel at building strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and members by connecting in an open, trusting, and respectful manner.
- You consistently produce high-quality, accurate work within defined timelines and seek ways to improve standards and processes.

- Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish and English fluently.
- A high school education or GED
- One year to three years of similar or related experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule/hours.
