- Review and analyze cost adjustments files and process rental payment increases
- Review and analyze Real Estate Tax adjustments and gather missing information
- Maintain ongoing contact with lessors, tax authorities, realty specialists, legal counsel, managers, and more
- Scan documents into the GREX program
- Review, verify, and adjust lease data and amendments
- Participate in data clean-up efforts
- Provide quality control and corrections
- Run step rent reports and review leases and lease amendments for pertinent information
- Follow the lease amendment instructions to determine Annual Rental
- Confirmif the step rent is finalized and ensure Occupancy Agreement is billed properly
- Obtain permission for implementing step rents
- Process change of ownership requests
- Obtain required documentation and approvals
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of work experience in finance, law, administrative, contract administration, research and analysis, commercial real estate and leasing, or a related field
- Computer proficiency and experience with Google Workspace
- Ability to research, identify, and correct lease administration errors
- Ability to learn and adapt to new business and operations programs
- Ability to work with a team and adapt to changing processes
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects
- Ability to work onsite 2 days per week
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- US citizenship
- Bachelors degree preferred
- This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a HSPD-12 credential (a federal security identification). While a current HSPD-12 credential is preferred, it is not required to apply. Candidates must be eligible to go through the federal credentialing process upon hire.
