- Act as an Officer in Charge and respond to leaders across UW Health by overseeing day to day operations of the shift in the absence of a Supervisor.
- Properly document daily activities and incident reports, using computer software programs.
- Serve as a positive example and provide consistent training, coaching, and evaluation of new officers as part of the department's field training program.
- Monitor and operate access control systems, security camera systems, intercoms, two-way radios, telephones, and alarm systems.
