QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
2+ years of experience in a supervisory role
Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
Proficiency with work order systems, preventive maintenance software, and basic computer applications
Skilled in routine apartment maintenance and handling administrative tasks
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks
Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to lead by example and be adaptable
