Commercial HVAC Technician: $1,300 Sign On Bonus

We are seeking an experienced and dependable HVAC Technician to join our Enviro-Clean team. This role involves working at Lincoln Consolidated School District (year-round!) to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This is a full-time position on 1st shift with a pay of $30 per hour.Sign-On Bonus Available!
- $300 after 3 weeks of employment
- $500 after 90 days
- $500 after 6 months
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Test systems to ensure proper functioning and performance
- Conduct preventative maintenance to extend system lifespan
- Maintain detailed maintenance and service logs
- Collaborate with technicians and contractors to complete projects
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- 2-3 years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry
- Proven knowledge of HVAC systems, including pneumatics, VFDs, and controls
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office and adaptable to new technologies
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures
