- Acting as the subject-matter-expert (the “go to”) for multiple corporate-wide platforms such as Slack, JIRA, Coda, Highspot, etc.
- Performing system administration tasks such as provisioning, troubleshooting, configuration, and providing end-user support with a focus on more complex requests such as app installations.
- Establishing system roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Documenting procedures, policies, and enablement materials.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand business needs and resolve issues.
- Establishing and maintaining governance best practices to minimize costs while maximizing returns.
- Training junior members on the team on system maintenance & best practices.

- Skilled in troubleshooting within technical systems
- Skilled in training & mentoring junior members
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of relevant systems administration/help-desk work experience (preferred)
- Fluent in English
- Experience working in automations or scripting preferred
