- Three 8-month rotations within Operations (Products and/or Intake Alignment), Finance & Insurance (F&I) Underwriting, and Ally Dealership Insurance (ADI) Account Management.

- Bachelor's Degree in various disciplines (graduating between July 2025 and June 2026)
- Previous internship experience preferred
- Proven success in a leadership role (class, campus, community)
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
- Time Away: Program starts at 20 paid time off days in addition to 11 paid holidays and 8 hours of volunteer time off yearly (time off days are prorated based on start date and program varies based on full or part-time status and management level).
