JanitorEmish Market, located in Fife, WA, is a Ukrainian grocery store offering a wide selection of imported goods from Ukraine and other European countries. We also feature a full-service café, bakery, and meat department, serving freshly made Ukrainian dishes, sweet pastries, and specialty meats, providing a unique shopping experience for our customers.We're looking for a dependable Janitor to help keep our store, café, and kitchen areas clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.What You'll Do:
  • Sweep, mop, and clean floors throughout the store, café, bakery, and restrooms
  • Empty trash and recycling bins
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and other common areas
  • Wipe down surfaces, windows, doors, and equipment as needed
  • Restock cleaning supplies and paper products
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
  • Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed
Work shifts available:
  • 5 am - 2 pm Sunday to Thursday
  • 5 am - 2 pm Tuesday to Saturday
  • 3 pm - 12 am Sunday to Thursday
  • 3 pm - 12 am Tuesday to Saturday
Pay Range: starting $17 per hourBenefits: 5 paid holidays, 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked, an extra $2 paid per hour worked on SundayWhat We're Looking For:
  • Prior janitorial or cleaning experience is helpful but not required - we'll train the right person
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping things clean
  • Ability to work independently and stay on task
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks
  • Reliable and punctual
