- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of municipal construction projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with city agencies, utility companies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and approvals.
- Supervise subcontractors and site personnel to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
- Facilitate project meetings with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Ensure adherence to contract specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment in coordination with the purchasing team.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Support project closeout activities including punch lists, final inspections, and turnover documentation.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Proven experience managing municipal or public sector projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
