We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead municipal construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing public sector projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of municipal construction projects.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with city agencies, utility companies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and approvals.
  • Supervise subcontractors and site personnel to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Facilitate project meetings with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Ensure adherence to contract specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment in coordination with the purchasing team.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Support project closeout activities including punch lists, final inspections, and turnover documentation.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience managing municipal or public sector projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
