- This transformation leader will play an essential role in transforming the way that BBU's supply chain operates. S/he will be a part of a team that will create the new supply chain operating model resulting in tremendous improvements in service, safety, and cost performance.
- This position demands a balance between technical and leadership skills.
- You must have a proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and projects and manage work time efficiently for you and your team across multiple facilities.
- Implement pilot tests for the future overall supply chain strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
- Develop and refine procedures for supply chain planning, forecasting, and replenishment
- Identify business requirements for new processes and technologies
- Lead project deployments in a comprehensive manner, driving broad adoption and solution acceptance while achieving desired business results
- Determine and develop key supply chain KPIs
- Train and evaluate others
- Willingness to travel (up to 40%) & work flexible schedules, hours, etc.
- Effective communicator with the ability to articulate a vision and a compelling reason for change
- Comfortable with driving change and interacting with all levels of leadership

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, IT or similar relevant field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Supply Chain Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Work experience in an organization using Agile or Scrum project management methods preferred
- Prior experience with enterprise planning and warehouse management tools (ex. Oracle, SAP) preferred
- Prior experience working with tools such as Minitab, Visio, Oracle, Network modeling & simulation tools preferred
- Understanding of supply chain planning technologies and practices
- Knowledge of supply chain engineering operations and best practices
