National leading provider of general contracting and project management services for commercial buildouts, project rollouts, renovations, ground-up builds, and retrofits is currently seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to join our growing team.[Duties ]

Oversees performance of all subcontractors and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
Assume full fiscal responsibility for all projects assigned to you and manage all projects to or under budget
Qualify, negotiate contract, and coordinate work of subcontractors working on various phases of each project

[Requirements ]

5 years Project Management experience in commercial construction markets
Must have ground-up project and/or larger project experience consisting of a 15-22 week schedule
Must pass background check

[Details ]

$85K-$110K a year + 10% bonus (depending on experience)
401k, profit sharing, health, dental, vision, life, PTO, referral bonuses, and early leave during Summer on Fridays
Very limited travel: 2-3 trips out of office per month on average
