The coordinator carries out the operational procedures to include administrative tasks, implementation and maintenance of the Tiger Card (LSU ID) and TigerCASH program services to participating students, faculty, staff and visitors as set forth by Auxiliary Services. Ensures program financial requirements are met, provides customer service, ensures office coverage and serves as a liaison with other University departments vendors and partners. This position also supervises student workers.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate the daily operations of the Tiger Card Office, including the training and supervision of student workers. Serves as the first line of contact in customer service issues in the office and oversee the verification of cardholder accounts, identification, photo processes and vending refunds. Assist with maintaining office operating procedures. Create and update training procedures as necessary. Maintain office inventory to ensure adequate levels of supplies and replenish as needed. Facilitate communication with departments on campus to ensure timely Tiger Card distribution during orientations and other peak times. 40%Serve as the first point of contact for questions and concerns regarding meal plans and work with departments across campus to ensure that students’ meal plans are updated successfully. Process daily reports from the registrar to make certain that meal plans are removed when appropriate. Coordinate with the finance team to resolve meal plan discrepancies between the software programs. 25%Make certain appropriate financial controls established by Auxiliary Services finance team are followed; coordinate the collection of funds for TigerCASH accounts, perform deposits for the Tiger Card Office; add money to student accounts. Debit, move and return unused funds. 15%Utilize multiple software programs to assist the IT department with troubleshooting of Tiger Card Office equipment, including software and hardware, such as card readers, Point of Sale registers, cameras, card printers and workstations.
